  • Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 12+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 15+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles Proven experience in Chief of Staff, program management, or strategic operations roles within technical or product organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready synthesis, narrative building, as well as organized and collaborative meeting facilitation.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders including executive leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment.
  • Experience with strategic planning, business operations, and executive communications.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and building inclusive teams.
