Assists senior engineering staff in the preventative maintenance and operation of critical utility systems, including HVAC, emergency power, and medical gas distribution.
Job Description: Seeking Engineer/Maintenance Mechanic!

Responds to facility maintenance service requests, performing routine repairs and troubleshooting on building systems.
Maintains high service standards in clinical and public-facing areas, ensuring all repairs are performed with minimal disruption to patient care and hospital operations.
Utilizes the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document daily work orders, track inventory usage, and maintain accurate records of facility infrastructure.
Inspects, calibrates, adjusts, lubricates and repairs or replaces components and documents services rendered in a timely manner and according to professional standards.

Valid driver's license with good driving record
Healthcare facility maintenance experience preferred
