- Assists senior engineering staff in the preventative maintenance and operation of critical utility systems, including HVAC, emergency power, and medical gas distribution.

Responsibilities
- Responds to facility maintenance service requests, performing routine repairs and troubleshooting on building systems.
- Maintains high service standards in clinical and public-facing areas, ensuring all repairs are performed with minimal disruption to patient care and hospital operations.
- Utilizes the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document daily work orders, track inventory usage, and maintain accurate records of facility infrastructure.
- Inspects, calibrates, adjusts, lubricates and repairs or replaces components and documents services rendered in a timely manner and according to professional standards.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Healthcare facility maintenance experience preferred
