About the role
- In this role, you will ensure that all molded and machined parts meet company and industry standards throughout the manufacturing process, including first piece, receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections using precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gage blocks, etc.)
- Complete and maintain accurate inspection records and non-conformance reports
- Identify, document, and control non-conforming products
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
- As a Federal Contractor, Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is required to participate in the E-Verify Program to confirm eligibility to work in the United States.
- Basic math and measurement skills (familiarity with calipers and micrometers)

Nice to have
- Some technical training or relevant mechanical inspection experience preferred
- CMM programming is a plus
- FAI experience, preferred
- GD&T knowledge or certification preferred
- ASQ Quality Inspector Certification is a plus
Compensation
- The hourly range for this position is $22.00-$29.00.
- Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
- This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
