About the role
- Performs general maintenance activities throughout Vail Health's Property Management Portfolio to aid in creating a safe and comfortable environment for our patients and staff.
- Responsible for all building service systems, including life safety systems, preventive maintenance and unit turns.
Responsibilities
- Performs corrective and preventative work on buildings, including diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues in residential units and common areas.
- Uses work order system to track and maintain work requests.
- Performs moderately complex plumbing, carpentry, ground maintenance, drywall, painting and electrical tasks.
- Assists with basic HVAC and building automation functions.
- Maintains and operates the fire suppression and detection systems.
Requirements
- Must be HIPAA compliant
Nice to have
- Three years of previous maintenance experience required, including painting, drywall, plumbing and basic electrical repair
