About the role
- Ticket Scanners are responsible for ensuring every ticket or season pass is validated each time the guest rides the lift.
- This involves engaging with and providing a first-class mountain adventure for each and every guest, communicating clearly and making split second decisions to ensure proper ticket validation.
- This is a seasonal position with part-time opportunities, paid at $20.00/hr.
Requirements
- Must be at least 14 years of age or older
- Must be able to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working with electronic equipment
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis
Nice to have
- Previous customer service experience, preferred
