About the role

- This role is posted as BI & Data Solutions Developer, with the internal title of Data Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Building & Delivery
- Design and maintain data models, semantic layers and robust reporting structures
- Write and maintain code in a structured development environment (Git and VS Code are everyday tools)
- Participate in client meetings to validate deliverables, present progress and gather technical requirements

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in BI or data development with delivery of complex solutions in production
- Advanced analytical SQL and solid experience in data modeling (semantic layers, cubes, dimensional models)
- Experience with BI viz (Power BI or equivalent): you understand and maintain what's underneath, not just the visuals
- Comfort with AWS or Azure cloud environments
- Experience with dbt, Airflow or pipeline orchestration tools
- Comfort with Docker or CI/CD environments
- Experience or genuine interest in applied generative AI tools (agents, Claude and Bedrock)
Nice to have

Skills
- from SQL transformation all the way to final viz, mastering every layer in between
- Define KPIs, calculation rules and quality criteria to guarantee reliable deliverables
- Advise clients on leveraging AI features built into the BEEM platform
- Client Engagement
- Translate business needs into concrete solution architecture
- Contribute to client satisfaction and retention through the quality of your deliverables
- Document mandates and continuously recommend improvements
