About the role

  • Systems Administration (20%) Coordinate all administration of systems, most of which are SAAS, including system-wide settings, installations/onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Responsible for creating and executing all data exchanges between systems.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technology support, report writing, database management and/or systems administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in the field of information technology, database management or a related discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of Slate-specific experience in Enrollment and or Advancement.
  • 3+ years using Power BI, SQL, CSS or JavaScript.
  • Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required.
  • Some travel may be required for conferences, training or events.
  • Position requires extended time at the computer.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office and Google applications, especially Excel and Sheets.
  • Data analysis and/or report writing experience.
  • Good time management, organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Excellence in directly supporting and training end-users at all levels of understanding.
  • Demonstrated excellence in task, project, and program management.
  • Strong sense of professional ethics and confidentiality standards.
  • Position requires safeguarding of confidential information.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience documenting and training on policies and procedures.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
  • Database Management (40%)
