- 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, treasury operations, business analytics, human capital, management consulting, or a COO/chief-of-staff function, gained through any combination of roles or career paths, or relevant professional experience, preferred.
- Working knowledge of treasury or finance concepts such as liquidity, cash forecasting, capital reporting, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear, structured deliverables, applying strong critical thinking and building trust across stakeholders.
- Comfort coordinating across technical and business teams, with enough hands-on ability with Excel, AI-assisted tools, or no-code platforms to build a quick prototype.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and daily use of AI tools to accelerate personal or team workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
