About the role
- The Student, Central Supervisor is responsible for the daily operational leadership and oversight of the College's student services one-stop.
- This position ensures consistent, accurate, and high-quality service delivery across financial aid, student records, registration, residency, and general campus services.
- This position description does not represent in any way a contract of employment.
Responsibilities
- Manages Student Central office logistics, including space utilization, supplies, signage, and service configuration.
- Oversees computer lab operations to support student access and appropriate use.
- Leads operational implementation and ongoing oversight of the HECC program within Student Central, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Identifies process gaps and operational risks; develops and implements improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Maintains operational documentation and procedures to support staff consistency and continuity.
- Supports data tracking, service metrics, and reporting related to operational performance and student service trends.
- Works collaboratively with Financial Aid, Records, Registration, Residency, IT, and other campus partners to support integrated service delivery.
- Fosters and maintains a safe environment of respect and inclusion for faculty, staff, students, and members of the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
