About the role

The Student, Central Supervisor is responsible for the daily operational leadership and oversight of the College's student services one-stop.
This position ensures consistent, accurate, and high-quality service delivery across financial aid, student records, registration, residency, and general campus services.
This position description does not represent in any way a contract of employment.

Manages Student Central office logistics, including space utilization, supplies, signage, and service configuration.
Oversees computer lab operations to support student access and appropriate use.
Leads operational implementation and ongoing oversight of the HECC program within Student Central, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Identifies process gaps and operational risks; develops and implements improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Maintains operational documentation and procedures to support staff consistency and continuity.
Supports data tracking, service metrics, and reporting related to operational performance and student service trends.
Works collaboratively with Financial Aid, Records, Registration, Residency, IT, and other campus partners to support integrated service delivery.
Fosters and maintains a safe environment of respect and inclusion for faculty, staff, students, and members of the community.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
