Responsibilities
- Answers incoming calls and provides departmental program information in person and via the telephone; greets guests and provides prompt, courteous, and friendly customer services to the public, in order to maintain positive customer relations.
Requirements
- Incumbent(s) may not be required to perform all duties listed and may be required to perform additional, position-specific duties.
- must be in compliance with the City's strategic objectives, policies and procedures, and State and Federal laws.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Nice to have
- Must be fifteen (15) years of age
- AND one (1) year customer service/public interaction experience is preferred.
