About the role

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots, maintains, repairs, installs and replaces building and equipment electrical and electronic systems and components rated up to 600 volts.
- Performs preventive maintenance utilizing multimeters and other specialty equipment to safely test, measure and then correct any observed deficiencies.
- Keeps accurate records of materials used and maintains daily time reports to efficiently complete work and document details of the functions performed.
- Performs electrical maintenance work in accordance with established safety procedures. Inspects the work of others for conformance with specifications, requirements, and compliance with applicable building and safety codes and regulations.

Requirements
- Three years of experience as a journey level electrician.
- Three years experience troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employee without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Associate's Degree in a related field.
- Graduation from technical or vocational trade school.
- More than three years of journey-level experience.
- Licensed as a Master Electrician.
- Experience in another maintenance trade.
- Demonstrated stable work history.
- Successful completion of the Leader Development Program.
- $61,857 + depending on qualifications
