Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teams
  • Drive operational excellence by managing service levels, deliverables, and OKRs
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and business outcomes
  • Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on data architecture, analytics, and reporting solutions
  • Design and implement scalable data solutions, including automation of manual processes and workflow improvements
  • Act as incident coordinator to validate, prioritize, and assign issues for resolution
  • Drive process improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and data delivery
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure and operational workflows
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists and data analysts
  • Design and implement performance improvement and incentive programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 15+ years of experience in program/project management and data analytics roles
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing (email, paid media, etc.) with experience in relevant email automation tools like Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot etc
  • 8+ years of people management experience leading high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of SQL and data analysis across databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
