Requirements

  • The ideal candidate brings solid underwriting experience, strong analytical abilities, and the confidence to make sound risk-based decisions.
  • This role requires attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • 3-5 years of underwriting experience required.
  • Experience in the non-standard auto insurance market and/or a broker office environment is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of the Alberta regional insurance market and broker landscape is an advantage.
  • Experience with Guidewire or similar insurance technology platforms is considered an asset.

Compensation

  • Competitive annual compensation ranging from approximately $55,700 to $84,050, based on skills and experience.
