Responsibilities
- Perform market research as needed to support campaign development and client consultation.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership to support the overall success of the Consulting Marketing team.
- This position requires a deep understanding of credit union member data, market conditions, and the competitive environment to deliver high-impact marketing solutions.
- Consult regularly with key personnel to identify, develop, and implement marketing strategies that leverage data insights to enhance client portfolio performance.
- Identify, develop, and implement strategic marketing campaigns that leverage client data to drive card portfolio growth and overall business success.
- Create and manage detailed marketing plans, including overall project management and pro forma analysis, tailored to each client's needs.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise communication materials that summarize findings and support fact-based recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Client Growth Executives, Marketing Specialists, Data Analysts, and Creative resources, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of marketing quantitative analysis experience and/or direct credit card, debit, and digital marketing required.
- Knowledge of underwriting practices, collection practices, credit unions service models, credit and debit processing, fees, interchange, pricing and risk is essential.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics other related field or combination of education and experience required.
- MBA preferred.

- $95,800.00 - $124,500.00 Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
