About the role
- As an Childcare Teacher, you'll be an active participant in shaping the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of the children in your care.
- This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative setting and is passionate about early childhood education grounded in best practices like Project Construct and Creative Curriculum.
- Full-Time 8 and 10 hour shifts available!
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally sound lesson plans
- Support kindergarten readiness through engaging curriculum
- Create a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, professional workplace
- Maintain flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Maintain CPR and First Aid certification
- You should be confident in leading activities, responsive to children's individual needs, and committed to building strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and collaboration.
