About the role
- This position offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced compliance professional, with the potential to take on increasing responsibility and eventually transition into a leadership role within the compliance department.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and oversight of compliance programs and policies.
Responsibilities
- Support audits, reviews, investigations, and corrective action processes.
- Maintain compliance documentation and records.
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to promote a culture of compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Requirements
- Travel expenses related to training and required travel will be reimbursed.
Nice to have
- Prior compliance experience preferred.
- Experience with OPWDD services and regulations strongly preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
