About the role
- Since 1984, Galaxy Integrated Technologies has been designing and installing state-of-the-art security systems for a variety of commercial, government, education, and health care across New England, New York, and New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse inventory for security and low-voltage equipment, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and issuing materials
- Track inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records
- Support scheduling and dispatching of technicians to service calls and project sites
- Handle inbound calls regarding service issues, take initial calls, create and submit service tickets, and ensure the customer account is billed appropriately
Compensation
- Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00 an hour
