Responsibilities
- Railserve is hiring dependable, safety-focused Transloaders in Ironton, OH to support daily operations at an industrial facility.
- Clean tank car exteriors and maintain equipment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
Requirements
- Occasional overtime may be required based on operational needs
- Moderate to heavy physical labor required
- Required use of personal protective equipment
- Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
- Test samples and record readings as required
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment

- The Transloader is responsible for safely unloading liquid products from railcars into storage systems using pumps, hoses, valves, and related transfer equipment. This role supports daily transloading operations while maintaining compliance with company safety procedures, environmental requirements, and customer operating standards.
- Employees work with tank cars, transfer equipment, and storage systems in an outdoor industrial environment. Daily responsibilities include verifying tank car numbers, connecting hoses and grounding cables, operating pumps and valves, monitoring gauges and meters, collecting samples, and maintaining clean and safe work areas.
