Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
- Experience in phlebotomy 1-2 years required
- Demonstrates proficiency in proper collection methods and proper processing of all specimens, including correct tube selection, volume, and stability requirements.
- Superior customer service skills, with the ability to show empathy and respect for patients' privacy and autonomy.

- Possesses good written and oral communication skills, the ability to prioritize work, manage time wisely, and adjust to changes in work volumes and projects.
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills and can manage complex patient collections.

Compensation
- $23.10 - $29.79/Hourly
