About the role

  • We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinic team.
  • In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client's unique goals.

  • As an RBT in our Early Intervention Clinic, you will work directly with young children (typically ages 2-6) to implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
  • Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
  • This role focuses on building foundational skills, communication, and independence in a supportive, play-based environment.

  • Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.
