About the role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinic team.
In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client's unique goals.
This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

As an RBT in our Early Intervention Clinic, you will work directly with young children (typically ages 2-6) to implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
This role focuses on building foundational skills, communication, and independence in a supportive, play-based environment.

Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.

Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
