About the role

  • The Manager of Nursing is responsible for overseeing nursing services for Behavioral Health Clinic, MAT - Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Clinic and Integrated Health Care (IHC).
  • This role provides operational and clinical oversight of nursing staff performance while ensuring high-quality, compliant, and consistent nursing practices across the organization.
  • Acceptable Criminal Background Investigation

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff in addressing complex care needs and clinical decision-making.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, MAs, and other clinical support personnel.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment that supports teamwork and professional growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and decisively

Skills

  • Active, unrestricted RN license required

Compensation

  • Responsible for attending all mandatory in-services, continuing education and annual health requirements.
