  • The right person will build institutional-grade infrastructure on a thoughtful timeline, use AI and automation to run a lean and high-output team, and operate as a genuine business partner alongside FP&A and the CFO.
  • DSO, DPO, and billing accuracy are metrics you track, report on, and manage against.
  • You'll own payroll operations across jurisdictions, coordinating with HR to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

  • Proficient with US GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS
  • Deep experience with multi-entity, multi-national accounting structures, including intercompany, consolidation, and transfer pricing
