About the role
- The Lateral Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing all phases of lateral attorney recruiting.
- The position may be filled at the Coordinator or Senior Coordinator level, depending on experience.
- Assist with offers, including preparing offer terms and facilitating the firm's conflict and background check processes.

Requirements
- Experience/Knowledge
- Must be able to move around the office up to 15% of the time to make copies, fax, file, etc.
- When coordinating/attending special events, might be required to move around up to 100% of the time.
- Occasionally required to move documents or files weighing up to 15 lbs.
- This position must be able to inspect and observe information on a computer screen at least 80% of the time.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with generative AI and legal recruiting platforms/databases is a plus.
- For Coordinator-level candidates, a minimum of 2 years' recruiting experience (preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment). For Senior Coordinator-level candidates, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, plus demonstrated career progression in the recruiting field.
Nice to have
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with generative AI and legal recruiting platforms/databases is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- For Coordinator-level candidates, a minimum of 2 years' recruiting experience (preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment).
- For Senior Coordinator-level candidates, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, plus demonstrated career progression in the recruiting field.

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is $81,000.00-$95,000.00. Please note that the final offer amount may vary based on experience and skillset of the selected candidate.
