Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing the design and development of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry best practices, and SAP standards.
  • You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

  • We are seeking a Manager/ Lead Associate - SAP to manage the design and implementation of SAP & EDI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • The role will be based in Princeton, NJ (In - person) and report to Lead Architect - SAP

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in related field
  • Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) and cloud migration strategies (e.g., lift-and-shift, re-platforming, re-architecting).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer / visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and messaging protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, JMS).
  • Proficiency in EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and XML and communication protocols like AS2, SFTP and FTP
  • Knowledge and exposure to Serialization process through SAP ATTP and other serialization tool such as RFXcel.
  • Behavioural skills
  • Ability to make informed decisions under uncertainty and pressure, considering various factors and stakeholders' perspectives.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
