Responsibilities
- Partner with operations teams to review and resolve production discrepancies and support accurate reporting in SAP
- Build experience in fixed asset accounting, including asset setup, capitalization, and ongoing review
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and help implement solutions that enhance efficiency
- Get involved in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support the broader business

Requirements
- Do you enjoy solving problems, working with others, and finding ways to make processes more efficient?
- You'll collaborate with teams across the business, gain hands-on experience with core financial processes, and develop your skills in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience or exposure to accounting or financial analysis (manufacturing experience is helpful but not required)
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP (or a willingness to learn)
- Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and Word
