About the role

  • JUSTIN is excited to announce the kickoff of our seasonal hiring for Harvest 2026!
  • As a Harvest Cellar Worker, you will play a vital role in various stages of the winemaking process and you can expect to get your hands dirty.
  • This position involves various tasks, including receiving fruit, crush pad operation, performing punch downs, sanitation, barrel prep, barrel filling, and pressing.

Requirements

  • previous cellar/harvest experience is required ($17.65 per hour, plus overtime pay)

Nice to have

  • previous cellar/harvest experience is not required ($16.90 per hour, plus overtime pay)
  • Harvest Cellar Worker I: previous cellar/harvest experience is not required ($16.90 per hour, plus overtime pay)
  • Harvest Cellar Worker II: previous cellar/harvest experience is required ($17.65 per hour, plus overtime pay)
