About the role
- Join Avery Dennison as a Printing Press Operator!
- 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Position may require rotation; overtime availability requested)
Responsibilities
- Perform standard and moderately complex flexographic press setups, operations, and preventative maintenance.
- Interpret order specifications, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain strict quality standards.
- Support press operations by preparing materials, mounting plates, and staging setup tools.
- Inspect finished products, pack/label goods per specifications, and maintain a clean, safe 5S work environment.
- Collaborate with shift team members and participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
Nice to have
- Previous manufacturing or printing press experience preferred.
