About the role

  • We're looking for experienced Account Associates to join our Customer Operations team.
  • This role requires prior experience in EOR, contractor payments, or HR tech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate operational support.
  • Partner with Payroll, Payments, Product, Engineering, and Finance to resolve complex operational issues.
  • You'll manage clients across payroll, contractor and EOR payments, billing, and post-onboarding support while working closely with internal teams and global partners.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in the global payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), contractor payments, or HR technology industry (required).
  • Experience managing global contractor and EOR payroll operations.
  • Knowledge of international payment methods, including stablecoin payment workflows.
  • Experience with cross-border payroll funding, invoicing, and payment operations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with global payroll or EOR platforms.
  • Familiarity with blockchain, crypto wallets, and stablecoin settlements.
  • Experience working with global employment compliance and cross-border workforce operations.
  • 2-4 years in Global Payroll, EOR, Contractor Payments, or HR Tech
  • Customer-facing operational experience
  • Experience supporting global clients
  • Knowledge of stablecoin and international payment operations
