Responsibilities

  • In this role you will Function as TEG (Thromboelastographic) product line Clinical Advisor/Clinical Specialist to the customer and effectively drive utilization and expansion of TEG product line at existing customer sites within defined territory.
  • Grow sales in existing accounts (organic growth) and support new accounts (go-lives) with a growth mindset.
  • Train new and existing customers on all product and clinical aspects of TEG line. Provide summary of training sessions and ensure follow up as needed through onsite support in the many areas of operation and application such as lab, critical care, and OR.

Nice to have

  • Bachelors of Arts or Science (Required) in Nursing (RN) or related Clinical field of study
  • Masters of Arts or Science or Business Administration (Preferred)
  • Preference for experience running the TEG® Analyzer, understanding application of results, and manipulating the software.

Compensation

  • $84,700.00-$157,300.00/Annual
  • The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.
  • Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation.
  • For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms.
  • For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms.
  • Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
