About the role
- You will establish strong working relationships with vendors and assist the Buying Department with adjusting and projecting shipping windows for bulk orders.
- You will work closely with our 3PL to ensure the product is received into inventory efficiently.
- You will also assist in the reconciliation process to ensure accurate receipts, and report on necessary data to track KPIs.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in procurement, project management, or a relevant logistics role.
- Experience with data analytics, database management, and reporting
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, with the ability to organize large sets of data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Vendor Compliance is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of retail math is a plus

Compensation
- Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
- The estimated annual compensation for this role is $ 58,000-$62,500; classified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
