About the role
- Walk on in to 14000 State Road 28, Gaston, IN 47342, USA Interview any time between 1pm EST to 4pm EST As a Shift Manager at Miss J Cafe, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shifts.
- Open or close the cafe following standard operating procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve any guest issues.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cafe staff during assigned shifts.
- You will lead a team of baristas and service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure smooth and efficient cafe operations.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting (supervisory experience preferred).
- Food Safety and/or Barista certification is a plus.
