About the role
- Today, the College of Engineering is the largest college on the College Station campus with more than 25,000 engineering students enrolled in 15 departments.
- Job Description Purpose: The Research Engineer IV will conduct experimental research on emerging electronic and optoelectronic materials and devices for next-generation AI hardware applications.
- The research engineer will also assist and advise graduate and undergraduate students in the group.
Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- The Department of Materials Science and Engineering's mission is to educate global leaders in materials science and engineering; perform research to address materials challenges of the 21st century; impact society, industry, national security, and the environment and attract the best minds and develop them into the leaders of tomorrow.
- Documents need to be presented no later than the third day of employment.
Requirements
- If hired, you will be required to complete the federal Employment Eligibility Verification I-9 form.
- You will be required to present original and unexpired documents to prove your identity and authorization to work in the United States.
