  • The Financial Advisory Senior Associate is a key member of the client coverage team, responsible for the day-to-day management and advancement of client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement portfolio strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Lead portfolio monitoring and performance analysis, delivering clear client insights
  • Drive planning and execution across trust, estate, and charitable initiatives
  • Manage external advisors (CPAs, attorneys) ensuring alignment

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience with HNW/UHNW clients
  • Experience with trust, estate, and charitable planning
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Senior Associates operate with a high degree of autonomy and are expected to exercise judgment in both investment implementation and complex planning strategies.
  • You're welcome to use AI in preparing your application where it adds value, but your materials must be accurate and reflect your own experience, judgement and voice.
  • Ability to manage complex workstreams independently
  • Strong portfolio construction and investment implementation knowledge
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience managing junior team members preferred

Compensation

  • Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks.
  • There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
  • At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms.
  • A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $170,000 - $180,000 together with the benefits listed above.
