About the role
- IEM is currently seeking a Production Scheduler for our Surrey, B.C. office and will report into the Production Planning Manager.
- Please note: This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Surrey office and does not offer remote work.
Responsibilities
- Update production schedules in INFOR and maintain associated tracking tools for assigned production departments
- Provide support to the Production Planners and interface with production supervisors to identify and address scheduling gaps
- Prepare and distribute fabrication packages upon release from engineering and deliver to Mechanical Supervisors for execution per manufacturing schedules
- The candidate will be expected to perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across production teams
- Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; co-op and internship experience will be considered
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; experience with an ERP system (INFOR/SyteLine preferred)
- Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
Nice to have

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Compensation
- A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
- $68,267 - $80,633 CAD]
