About the role

IEM is currently seeking a Production Scheduler for our Surrey, B.C. office and will report into the Production Planning Manager.
Please note: This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Surrey office and does not offer remote work.

Update production schedules in INFOR and maintain associated tracking tools for assigned production departments
Provide support to the Production Planners and interface with production supervisors to identify and address scheduling gaps
Prepare and distribute fabrication packages upon release from engineering and deliver to Mechanical Supervisors for execution per manufacturing schedules
The candidate will be expected to perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across production teams
Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; co-op and internship experience will be considered
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; experience with an ERP system (INFOR/SyteLine preferred)
Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
