About the role
- As a Behavioral Health Care Manager, you will be a core member of an integrated behavioral health team, working closely with patients' primary care providers in clinic and/or school-based settings.
- You will work under the direction of licensed behavioral health and medical providers to help patients access the care they need.

- $18.68-$19.89/hr DOE
