About the role
- Who will Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications f.
- Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow. g.
- Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production.
Responsibilities
- Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
- Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
- Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
- Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
- Our development programs are designed to promote technical growth and enhance leadership and relationship skills across individuals.
- Who will be Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications
- Who will be an active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
- Who is Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/ BootStrap / Angular
Requirements
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Working experience in Agile
- Who has a strong understanding of ServiceNow products.
