Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing projects from initiation through completion
- Help assign and schedule projects to balance team workload and support priority alignment
- Maintain organized project documentation, including campaign calendars, briefs, timelines, status updates, meeting notes, and archived deliverables
- Support the coordination and management of distribution lists in Salesforce, including maintaining audience segmentation, ensuring list accuracy, and working across teams to keep contact data current and compliant

- Maintain version control and review history across project materials
- Coordinate recurring Marketing team meetings and support cross-functional project tracking
- Proactively communicate project updates, key milestones, and changes to stakeholders; manage expectations and escalate risks or delays as needed
- Process & Operations Support
- Support marketing operations reporting, including project status, team capacity, and resource tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CMS platform to maintain and coordinate distribution lists
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related field; financial services or professional services experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to support marketing initiatives across both wealth and institutional segments
Nice to have
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related field

Compensation
- $80,000 - $105,000 USD
