Responsibilities
- Human Resources Business Partner DISHER is currently partnering with a global supply chain solutions organization on their HR Business Partner opportunity.
- Conflict resolution skills with the ability to build consensus and find mutually agreeable solutions
Requirements
- UKG experience or equivalent experience with similar HRIS platforms preferred.
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
Compensation
- You'll work closely with departmental teams on employee programming, team leadership, compensation and cost analytics, and employee relations while serving as the pivot person for payroll processing and leave management.
