Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and develop crew members to enhance performance, safety, and technical capability.
- Manage small procurements, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate effectively with trades and project management.
- Lead daily safety briefings and weekly toolbox talks
- Report and document incidents within 24 hours
- Maintain and inspect safety equipment to ensure compliance
- Develop and communicate 5-week work plans
- Manage shutdown plans (MOPOs)

Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for long periods, walk, sit, kneel, bend, reach with hands and arms, hear, and talk.
