About the role
- This Product Management leader will be responsible for the Pre-Sales and Revenue Management products across Netflix Ads and will:
- Leverage data analytics and insights to identify revenue opportunities, forecast demand, and adjust inventory strategies accordingly.
- Prioritize the product roadmap, managing near-term product delivery while formulating a long-term product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop Pre-Sales Product Strategies: Design and implement product strategies that enhance the pre-sales process, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop product solutions that effectively showcase the value of Netflix's ad offerings.
- Define and implement strategies to maximize ad revenue and yield across the Netflix Ads Platform, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to launch products that enable revenue planning and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, ad operations, marketing, strategy, policy, and legal to bring products to market and increase adoption.
- Delivered a roadmap and executed on strategic initiatives that increase yield and drive revenue growth.
- Has experience collaborating with Insights, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and other Product Teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of successfully launching and scaling platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with a strong ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
