About the role

  • As part of our team, you will contribute to shaping the growth and stability of our People systems, data, and technology landscape in collaboration with various cross-functional teams and other third party vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Supports administration of and updates to current system configuration, data architecture, workflows, and processes.
  • Partners with the People Systems team to identify breakdowns in system processes and functionality, escalate support needs, and implement break-fix resolutions.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize, test, and implement system enhancements, releases, and changes. Helps to develop, execute, and document test scripts.
  • Supports administration of HR data tables and partners with key stakeholders to complete recurring data integrity audits.
  • Creates end-user documentation for HR teams, managers and employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience working directly with the technical aspects of Human Resources data and systems
  • The Staff HRIS Analyst brings experience with identifying and applying process improvement opportunities, gathering and documenting functional requirements, supporting HR solutions, and data management practices.
