Requirements

  • Significant experience in Commercial Strategy, Business Development, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations or Enterprise Sales within telecommunications, technology or IoT.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise B2B technology markets and complex solution sales.
  • Key Qualifications Fluent in written and spoken English Proven problem solving and analytical skills Ability to influence others Key Performance Indicators Revenue growth across strategic initiatives.

  • Vodafone IoT USA Inc Role Purpose Responsible for defining and driving Vodafone IoT's commercial growth agenda across the Americas by translating market insights into actionable go-to-market strategies, commercial priorities and measurable growth initiatives that improve business performance.
  • Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership Develop and continuously evolve the commercial growth strategy for the Americas, including market prioritisation, customer segmentation, industry verticals and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Define and optimise the go-to-market approach by developing target customer profiles, value propositions, priority use cases, channel strategies and commercial plays in partnership with Sales, Product and Marketing.
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships and emerging technologies through continuous market, customer and competitive analysis, supporting portfolio evolution and long-term growth.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and business cases that accelerate growth and improve commercial effectiveness across the Americas region.
  • Core Competencies Strong commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into practical growth initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience interpreting commercial data to support executive decision making.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and commercial growth programmes.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills across international organisations.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority in a dynamic environment.
