About the role

  • Axos Bank Target Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
  • Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of process maps, procedures, and "Rules of Engagement" for sales teams.
  • Handle general client service requests, including account maintenance and user support.
  • Collaborate with specialty deposit groups to understand client needs and service models.
  • Born digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.

Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
