About the role
- Entegris is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Business Operations team at our San Luis Obispo, California location.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ownership of order lifecycle execution, from order intake and validation through production, fulfillment, and delivery
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment
- Develop and manage integrated project plans aligned to production schedules, identifying critical paths, dependencies, and risks
- Drive improvements in schedule adherence, delivery predictability, and execution timelines across operations
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for operational inefficiencies and delivery delays
- Identify systemic bottlenecks (capacity, materials, logistics, quality) and implement scalable process improvements
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into order and project performance
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Lead change management efforts by assessing cross-functional impacts and ensuring alignment across processes and systems
- Drive adoption of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance execution efficiency
Requirements
- The role requires strong program leadership, operational insight, and the ability to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in B usiness, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8-12+ years of experience in project or program management within manufacturing or operations environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and order fulfillment workflows
- Experience with project planning, risk management, and performance tracking tools
Compensation
- $120,000-$135,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
