Responsibilities
- Work closely with Creative Directors and VP of Design on creating an inspiring, cohesive and on-brand collection each season. We follow a calendar of 4 season/10 deliveries: Spring (1,2,3), Resort/Pre-Spring (1,2), Pre-Fall (1,2) and Fall (1,2,3)
- Research and Develop of new ideas each season through market research, vintage shopping, VB customer feedbacks
- Understand the balance between design/seasonal inspiration and sales/merchandising needs
- Partner with Senior Knitwear PD/Production Manger through the entire product cycle
- The position is based in our New York Corporate Office reporting to the Design Director, Knitwear.
- Work closely with Creative Directors and VP of Design on creating an inspiring, cohesive and on-brand collection each season.
Requirements
- 6+ years of related experience
Nice to have
- PLM experience a plus
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $ 125,000.
