Drive proactive risk management by identifying organizational, technical, and vendor-related risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Mentor and lead cross-functional delivery teams, fostering accountability and elevating overall performance
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, methodologies, and operational transitions
This role drives delivery excellence across multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, technology standards, and organizational priorities.
This individual serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping shape project direction, influence key decisions, and establish accountability across technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
4+ years of progressive experience in IT project or program management, leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including software development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud services, and data platforms
Expertise in project and program management methodologies, with the ability to adapt Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall approaches as needed
Advanced leadership and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority
Proven track record of delivering high-quality results aligned to business and technology standards

Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar
