About the role
- Communicates the plan of care in area of expertise to other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Provides care for patients of all ages according to the standards of care specific to the individual's needs.
Responsibilities

Nice to have
- Master's degree in Nursing is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.
- Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
- Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or
- Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Skills
- Demonstrates advanced nursing skills through assessment, diagnosis and treatment of complex patients in area of specialty.
