About the role
- You'll shape our onboarding program for new hires while supporting ongoing skill development and knowledge adoption for SDRs and AEs across the organization.
- Coordinate key logistics and scheduling for new-hire onboarding
Responsibilities
- Provide daily coaching and support to new SDRs and AEs during their first 8 weeks at Podium
- Partner with SDR Managers and AE Managers to address team needs and performance gaps
- Develop and deliver group trainings for both new hires and existing sales reps
- Track performance of the reps you support and share monthly updates with Sales Leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support initiatives that drive revenue and overall sales effectiveness
- This is a great opportunity for someone who has Enablement leader experience who wants to take more ownership and build our processes and programs.
- Onboarding is our first chance to set new team members up for success, and sustained Enablement support ensures they continue to grow long after their first week.
Requirements
- Prior experience in leading and managing Sales Enablement teams and programs
- 5 years minimum enablement experience
- 3-5 years in leadership experience
- Ability to identify and communicate gaps or areas of improvement in our current onboarding process
- Ability to prioritize their work while minimizing distraction
- Experience working with or supporting international teams
