About the role
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee logistics and supply chain projects within our 3PL operations.
- The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership, logistics knowledge, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage eCommerce order fulfillment while achieving established service levels.
- Work directly with our Customer Support and Account Manager teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
- Lead a highly productive and engaged team while removing obstacles to drive operational efficiencies.
- Support new client onboarding and creative fulfillment processes.
Requirements
- May be required to perform other duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs.
Skills
- 3+ years experience leading an operations team in a warehouse environment
- Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary software quickly
- An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced changing environment
- Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Compensation
