About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our global commercial effectiveness team to inspire excellence across our commercial teams.
- The Sales Trainer will be responsible for creating and implementing training, onboarding, and continuous learning processes that will enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer-facing teams.
- The successful candidate will have experience in designing and delivering effective sales training programs and be able to critically evaluate areas where additional training opportunities exist and prioritize them.
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop and implement training processes for the sales team including onboarding, ongoing training, and coaching aids.
- Partner with sales leadership to align training programs with sales goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Enable ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives to help them achieve their sales targets, assist managers with training aspects of employees' development plans.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training programs and projects simultaneously. The Sales Trainer should be able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related scientific field or business administration.
- 5+ years of experience in sales.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, sales process, and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Travel required.

Compensation
- $100,800.00 - $165,600.00 Position Summary:
